I have spent the better part of the last two weeks in KC at my companies year beginning meetings. Time always drags on slow for me at these meetings since I do not do any presentations. I'm there for support and to answer questions about new store openings etc from field management. Last Saturday as I was walking the convention floor trying different food samples (Man that Ben and Jerrys ice cream sure is good) I hear someone yell, "Hey I know you from DRN! I turn around with renewed interest from the letters DRN and there stands tx246 in the flesh. Man, what a treat to see my fellow Hearland Spode/Wal-Mart working bud! Of course we talk about bikes for about 30 minutes. We talked so long I don't think tx246 even got anything to eat!

It was great to see you man, and no limp!

Heartland Spodes, world travelers.  I kinda like the sound of that.  Cool story, Sawblade.  BTW, have you picked up your new bike yet?

If any one ever wondered about the inner workings of Wally world there it is. Employees blowing air horns, talking about bikes, eating Ice Cream. :p
