Ok,

Now that my bike is back 100% and I have ridden a few months after what is about a 24 year break from riding I find myself 38 years old and realizing that while I can ride, I am jumping a little and having a good time, that I may not know how to ride properly.

To insure the safest riding and the most fun for me I would like to learn to ride better. From what I can tell the North Texas Smack Pack in the Places to Ride and People to ride with section might be a good place to ride with others but I am really intereted in some materials or ideas for learning to ride correctly and safely so I can do more and hopefully fall less.

I have looked at some of the stuff on a Google search on Expert Village and YouTube but what is out there really to help someone with some instruction, drills, etc to increase my skill and comfort other than seat time?

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys and gals...
