BLAST FROM THE PAST Fantastic on many levels, Pierre Karsmakers on a twin stinger Che Zed at the Citadel in Namur, Belgium. Born in Waalre, Holland, in 1946 Pierre started his racing career at age 18. He excelled early on racing motocross within his home country, winning national titles in Holland in 1967, 1969 and 1971. He was CZ mounted until switching to Husqvarna and opting to take his talents to the U.S. in 1972.
