Thought about it last year but instead stood by the fence and watched after all I had never ever raced before. Well this year I'm gonna do it! I've got 8 months motocross racing experience under my belt but never on a track to the caliber of Whitney.

I had been doing 2 classes at each race in the past few months to try and condition myself a little however the last few races I've had to scale back to one. I normally am pretty tired after one 12 - 15 minute moto but I have found by doing back to back motos I tend to loosen up a bit and get into more of a rythym so I think by pacing myself if I can make it through the 1st turn I can go the duration.

Anything anyone could suggest that may help me a little on this one? Is it better to give it my all the entire race, start fast and pace or pace then sprint? Should I invest in a hyro-pack? Should I put heavier wight oil in the crankcase? I don't know

I'm pretty pumped.
