Too Short for KDX 250

Is there any way to reduce the overall seat height of my KDX 250? Despite slowly getting used to the height I find it difficult in slow stuff where you need to temporarily ground your foot for stability.

cut the seat foam , easiest way to do it.

Other than that, set the rear sag correctly and raise the forks in the clamps.

Like Matt said use an electric carving knife to shave down the seat foam. You can also buy different dogbones to lower the bike.
