Just curious - if a magic moto genie (sp?) came and granted you the wish to ride a week where you got to ride 5 different tracks ANYWHERE - what tracks would you want to ride? Can be a track you've only seen on TV or that favorite track you ride every weekend...

Let's see your list! Here's mine:

-Budds Creek (said to be the top national track?)
-Ponca City track (looks cool in MW2)
-Washougal (looked really cool in Okie's pictures)
-Loretta Lynns (track's not that great - but the vibe of being there is)
-Daniel Boone (one of my favorites that I've raced so far)

1. Southwick
2.Milville
3.Washougal
4.Unadilla
5.An old school GP track from Europe.

I'd really like to be able to ride a sandy track as opposed to the baked clay we get around here.

SirReel did u see this years GP there?? It looked SO hard, more like a Cross Country through all the trees, and the drops out of the trees, never see them at a motocross anywhere else.

The reason I picked Carlsbad is it represents my first exposure to motocross on ABC Wide World of Sports. The rest speak for themselves:cool:

1. Ruskeasanta (Vantaa, Finland)

I got to ride this track a few times on a 125 when I was a kid, but it truly was a track for the big bores. Long sandy straightaways and fast turns. It got run over by the airport expanding about 10 years ago.

I used to sit in the starter's "booth" (actually a truck) when he dropped the gate (old fashioned fall-forwards non-individual gate) and tiny Eric Geboers blasted away on the CR5 in the GPs.

Now here's a list with a bit of Texas MX history....

Lake Whitney hosted some Trans Am races is the 70's. Had all of the big boys from both sides of the pond. That &*^%ed hill will set you on the path to livin' right teh first time you take it at speed! Glen Helen has a bump compared to this baby.

Swan is often refered to as the best track in the country that doesn't host a National. It is one of the favorites for testing by all of the factories, frequently featured in major pubs, and also where K'dub cut his MX teeth. An awsome track, well maintained and well organized. Beware the trees if you stray too far off of the track!!!!!!

Oak Hill!!!!!!!!! The track I first rode on. Not sure it was racin', but I could crash with the best of them back in the 70s. Woo Hoo. I love this place.

Mosier Valley, maybe the most cenrally located MX track in a major metropolitan area. Anther track that's been around since the creation of dirt and the wheel.

Unfortunately, never been down to Rio Bravo. I hear it's worth the trip though.

My dream tour.....

1. Unadilla
2. Glen Helen
3. Budds Creek
4. Washougal
5. The 1973 ISDT lay out at Dalton/Berkshire, Mass.......

Glen Helen - Can you say arm pump...
Washougal - Great Dirt
Anaheim Sx - Hollywood of Motocross
Wattsburg Fairgrounds,Pennsylvania- This is where it all started....Hillbilly racing at it's finest

I'm with Sean, except I would substitute Road America for Daytona, and Spa for Brands Hatch.
