Mr. Crenca:
You need to pay closer attention! ;) That screw happened a long time ago!! With the fine tuning possible via the AS on an RB carb, it's well spent $$.
Rethnal:
Find that second 'sweet spot' on one of his carbs. Keep after the AS adjustment until it's right. It doesn't take much to make a HUGE difference. Take note that a one-size main change will effect the off-idle to 1/4 throttle response ALSO to a huge extent. Yesterday, my bike went from running perfectly (155) to lackluster, no-pull, 'I can't make it up this hill :(' performance with a 152.
When you get your stuff back please post a pic or two of the coated cylinder? I'd like to see it (and, if you know who did the work).
A reiteration for emphasis (I guess)....you will find the bike to be perfectly tuneable to a -30 pipe for single track woods. Yeah...I've been here before, but I don't think my little 200 could possibly run any better. 2nd gear pull (12T CSS) is incredible off the very bottom. It's just perfect!
Thanks.
