Torque Specs for front end?

I just got my new springs from Sage but don't have all the torque specs for the bike. I ordered a manual from Kawasaki but they said it would take at least a week to get. If anyone has some extra time could you post the specs for all the bolts up there(caliper, axle, triple clamp, fork caps, etc...)? I was planning on just pulling the forks off the bike to hopefully make the job a bit easier.

Caliper bolts: 18.0 ft-lb
Axle: 65.0 ft-lb
Axle clamp nuts: (4) 87.0 in-lb. NOTE: make sure arrow on axle clamp is pointing upward. Also, tighten upper nuts first, then the lower.
Triple clamps: Upper bolts 14.5 ft-lb. Lower 18.0 ft-lb
Fork caps: 22.0 ft-lb
