Wow this is old...a lot has happened since I posted this.
If it were that easy to build a track on the property it would have been done a long time ago. Unfortunately, that whole area is nothing but sand. Can't build a track with sand...there isn't any clay anywhere around there to get trucked in.
The property is now in the process of becoming a housing development. Phil's dad sold all 80acres last summer.
