Are there many organizations out there using transponders?
We belong to a club thats been using them for 2 years now. It's pretty cool to compare times with some of the other riders. Gives you some bragging rights (or not) when your trophyless.
But sandbaggers beware, your times may give you away. We've seen a couple of " amateurs post times 2 seconds faster than the top 5 experts :yikes:
Also eliminates those lost laps by hand scoring. Still hand scored as a back-up though.
