That 70-200 will be a kick ass lens for the money. They really needed to add IS to the f/4.0.

Now hopefully they will come out with a 100-300f2.8-L-IS. Now that would interest me big time.

I had seriously considered replacing my dead 70-200 with the Sigma 120-300 f2.8. The price and the fact that thing is a hog had me second guessing and deciding on another 70-200. Maybe If I spend the winter in the gym I could hand hold the 120-300 all day :laugh:

I shot with a 120-300 last year at The Docks (Supermoto). It was an awesome lens. To tell you the truth, the only reason I don't have one is because of the horror stories I've read about it on FM.

I shot a baseball game with that lens last year, it was a little heavy, to say the least.
