Triple clamp and fork question.

I just won a Answer Pro Taper triple clamp bar mount kit for my CR125. It has stock mounting holes and forward offset mounting holes for the bar perchases. My question is, how does mounting the bars in the forward offset holes affect the suspension, and the stearing ? Any suspension pros or cons on mounting them stock or offset ?
