TTR-250 Conversion?

I got a 99 TTR 250 and i hate the lights. I like to trail ride but i want the sport race look. Is there any way to get a front number plate that will fit a ttr 250 and take off the light plate? and is there a rear fender that i can use thats doesnt have a light since i dont want the taillight anymore?
