Hi guys-
I'm hoping to ride my first ever Enduro on October 6. The event is the 'Capital City Enduro' promoted by the Tallahassee Trail Riders Club in FLA (and partly by FTR). I've done a couple of scrambles before, but never an enduro. I was just wondering if anyone out there could give me some heads up as what to expect. Also, is anyone going to it this year? Thanks.

whoops, sand, whoops, trees, and more whoops. Rode the capital city in 2000 and that is about all i remember from 72 miles of trail.

Were there any resets? How many "toughman" sections? If I hour out, will they still let me ride? Is there much in elevation change? I live in florida and there's alot of sand where I ride. Not my favorite either! :|

HUSK, there will be plenty of resets so you should be ok. There aren't any real hardcore technical sections, but you will probably find staying smooth in the deep sand challenge enough. Ride easy and don't ware yourself out and you will have a blast.
