Vacation

I'm going to be on Vacation (well, sort of) at the end of March, beginning of April. Visiting the In-laws in Tennessee about 1hr east of Knoxville. I am thinking about bringing my bike and hooking up a few rides. I've ridden at the Coal miner's area (can't think of the real name). I wouldn't mind finding a Hare Scamble or so either. Anybody know of anything?
I am also looking at relocating down there if I can find a decent job. Any particular areas I should stick to?
