value of '86 Suzuki DR125?

I've got an '86 Suzuki DR125 that I need to sell and I was wondering what you guys thought I should try to get for it. The engine runs pretty well, but the bike definitely needs some work. I know it needs the following:

-perch/master cylinder/lever for front brake
-tires front and rear
-chain is kind of rusty

Any ideas? Kelley Blue Book trade-in value is $480. I was thinking maybe $450 or so? It would probably make a decent starter bike for someone that's never ridden. Here's a picture if you want to see it:
