Value of like new '05 CRF450 motor package ?

Anyone have any idea what a very low hours ( 12-15 maybe if that ) ’05 CRF450 complete motor, carb, cdi and CHM exhaust would be worth ? This is my first four stroke and I just don’t dig them and as I had a Service Honda CR500AF I am going to have the ’05 converted into one. Thanks
