Hi
i dont have a manual for the 185 three wheeler
i just put a new intake and exhaust valve in but the timing is off. It wont start but i will cough out the carb, sometimes with a flame. I think i am only a few teeth off.
Any help would be great

Hondas timing marks are very intuitive.
Get the thing to tdc, using the flywheel mark or a dial indicator and there will be punch marks, dots or slashes, that line up with the top of the valve cover gasket surface/plane.
Honda also has a lot of service manuals online for their agricultural stuff, maybe someone has the PDF to share?
Sorry, I just saw you had a KAW. YRMV.
And welcome to drn!

top dead center--- piston
valves closed---cam---( down ) ohc
the fire roter at the fire piont
the pick up on the cam is set by the pin inserted in the cam--- but !!
the roter on the cam will go either way!!!!
make sure it is ligned up on fire--- pick up ready to fire--- or the cam

cyl will be in time ,but the ignition from the cam will be 180 degrees out

like anything i guess---- top dead center-valves closed--- fire!!! from ignition
wrather its over a head cam or a car-! ect......
