My Vortip takes a little bit out of the punch (YZ timed) and a little top end, but for putting around the woods and such, it isn't terribly noticable. THe Vortip is well made, fits, and functions as advertised. I am very happy with mine, and like the fact that I can run very quiet, which I choose to do most of the time.
