Ditto. Pretty simple fix, though you have to pull the crank case cover.

Would these parts stop the leaking from the weap hole?

I just want to ride this bike, its been down for over 3 months because of this and my lazy ness to fix it, this is after I dumped 800 in the engine and rode it for 3 hr this started weapin.

I would certainly expect those parts to cover leaking from the weep hole. If you don't include item 10, "Gasket, Housing Cover" then you will probably end up with a new leak.
