Just taking a cursory glance at this I have to admire their entrepreneurial spirit. :)
It looks like they are selling coupons for Green Energy from different parts of the planet that they do not actually consume ---but folks can feel better knowing they are supportting Wind or Solar power energy ---even though they may be plugged into a nuclear power plant.
