What are the dif's <-> sprockets?

There seems to be only around 3zillion choices in sprocket types. Anyone waqnna share their insight on who's is better?

I like sprocket specialists they have alot of options unlike other brands .They offer steel ,aluminum ,aluminum ionodised,mud groove(suggest these),and lightening holes.
I am replacing my stock cr80 with the mud grooved ones after I rode at southwick 338 in the mud, and the rear end keeped locking up on me good luck!!
