What bike 2002 cr 125 or 1996 cr 250??

Hi guys i recently sold my bike and am lookin for a new one i came across to bikes i like its either a 2002 cr 125 or a 1996 cr 250. IM 5'6" 110 pounds but do have expieriece with a 250 it was a 1991 cr 250. i had trouble taking tight corners on it but could control the power. which bike should i get their both around the same price.

I really think it's going to come down to what kind of riding you do. For me i primarily ride woods/ offroad and a 250 is so much better than a 125 because more power is better than not enough in the hillclimbs. I've heard the 96 cr250 is a good bike, but it is getting a little older now. If you like riding track, jumping, etc, then i'd say go for the 02 125. It's suspension is way better and will handle this kind of riding better. If you like the 250 power maybe just wait for another good deal for another 250 2 stroke to come along, or you could just and and see both bikes, take them for a quick rip and see which one you like best. Make sure they are in good hape with good maintance done.

At your weight even a 125 should have lots of power. The 125 is six years newer, so as long as it hasn't been beat it's probably got more life left in it.

for your size, I'd get the 125... Should be plenty powerfull.
