That being said, I've ridden since 1972-3, had 2 450's (04-05) and moved down to a 06 CRF250 ... still a tough call. I have more fun on the 250F, but I'm not out to beat anyone on the track, just to have fun.

But if you want to be able to hill climb, go to the dunes, or just mess around, the 450F is a lot more versatile. I love smaller bikes (I'm also only 155lbs) but even my 200 two-stroke is under-powered for play riding. But for trail riding and racing, the 200 is perfect for me.
