what kind of tire

:ride: what kind of paddle tire should i use to ride at the dunes with a 2005 yz 125 6 paddle 8 or 10 i have no clue and i am leaving for the dunes in 2 weeks : :yikes: ride:

I've heard that smaller motors (like a 125) should run less paddles, but I've never run one.

Make sure you go up at least a couple on your main jet.

You probably already know this but if your riding in the dunes, grease the air filter lip. If you don't your bike will be dead in no time at all. Another thing is that your probably either going to want to replace the rings before you go or when you come back. 125's and the dunes aren't exactly made for each other.

I would probably run a 6paddle on a 125. Ive always been told that less paddles for smaller motors go hand in hand.

I've never run one but I remember ( wiping off cobwebs now :) ) that they run fewer paddles on smaller bikes, like running a 4.10 instead of a 5.00 rear.
