Actually The Mop'n Glo is an acrylic so it is not workable and is the very last step. You cannot use steel wool afterwards. The best way I have found to apply the Mop'n Glo is with a empty bottle of hair spray. Spray like paint but VERY generously. Don't worry to spray too much. Leave the excess drip and leave it dry for a day. Don't worry, you won't have any drip marks. It is so liquid that it finishes mirror like every times. I've heard many mechanics from top numbers here in Canada using that. They also told me that Mcgrath's previous mechanic Randy Lawrence used that also. You gain at least 30 miles / hour with that:silly:Originally posted by yardpro
The renew kit also has steel whool that you're supposed to buff the plastics with after it dries. I assume it's the same for the mop& glow.
