Im looking at buying either a 1998 kx250 or a 2001 cr250. I am leaning towards the kx because its about $1000 cheaper. I just would like to know anyones opinion about these bikes. I would like to know what they are like as I ride mostly trails, sand, and playride moto. I want to know which bike would have a wider powerband and which one could be modifyed the best for this. I am 270 and 6ft tall. I want to know which bike would be a good all around performer and one that will last. If anyone knows anything at all about these bikes I would greatly appreciate some info.
