What size barkbusters 2004 220

Just picked up a 2004 kdx220....I'm about to order some Moose barkbusters, but see they come in 2 sizes (1 1/8"...and 7/8 inch)....anybody know which one is the correct size for this bike?....thanks Greg

KDX bars are 7/8" standard. "Fat bars" or "Pro taper" bars are typically 1 1/8"

1 1/8th bars are the "fat Bars" that are sold aftermarket. 7/8ths bars are all of the standard bars that you see on bikes when they are new; like the KDX. Order the 7/8ths moose brush guards. I have the Moose bark busters (7/8ths) on Moose 7/8ths aluminium bars. The bark busters have saved my hands a few times here in the tight NC woods. Moose has quality stuff at good prices. The 1&1/8th bars usually have no cross bar (with the exception of Renthal twinwalls). The 1&1/8th bars are one and one eighth of an inch at the center where they connect to the handle bar clamps and taper to 7/8ths where the controls and grips mount.
