What size carb?

I have an 82 KDX 250. Does anyone know what size/type carb it has? Or where I could find out? I asked the dealer and they didn't know (retards). Also, how will changing the size affect my bike? Can I switch between carb sizes?

Ask them to look up Kawasaki Part Number 16001-1337. That is the part number listed for the carb for a 1982 KDX250-B2 on the www.buykawasaki.com site. I believe that that is a Mikuni VM36SS 36mm round slide carb.

Can you switch?? One of the 82' KDX250 experts may have to answer that one, but i don't see why not. Why do you want to switch?
