What the heck is loose in my exaust???

I took my exaust pipe off the engine last week and noticed something loose inside. it sounds like a baffle or something like that. Any ideas as well as how to get it out. Its not the silencer baffle either(just to cover my bases from you smart @#$#@'s Haha

If you have the stock pipe it has perforated sheet metal and fiber glass in the convergent cone. some of which may have come loose. mine is a 98 and I recently cut it open and removed all that stuff and welded it back together and haven't yet had a chance to see if there is any difference in power.
