Beginner to intermediate is 6 wins and inter to expert is 20 wins. USCF bicycle racing is 6 top 6s' or 3 top 3s' to move to each classification. With the AMA it seems like it would be easy to track because it's one governing body. In SoCal it's crazy because every track is independant from the AMA and each other.
