1) your physical size (both height and weight are important)
--im turning 15 this summer, im 5,6, and 125 pounds
2) How physical / aggressive are you ?
i ride my snow mobile all the time, not sure how aggresive i would be on a bike
3) what do you plan to ride- MX/SX tracks, woods, fields with friends or ?????
--ok, where im in its all prarie, so it's hilly and theres a track in town, so maybe ill take it down there and cruise around (might race once a year)
4) Do you have any riding experience?
--i rode my dads REALLY old 250 2-stroke,thats it
5) Do you think you will race ?
--maybe
6) Are you mechanically inclined and will you be doing your own bike work?
--my dad and uncle would be willing to fix it if something happens
7) Do YOU have a preferance to a brand/ motor choice (2 or 4 stroke)?
--doesn't matter (my dad wants me to get 4 stroke but i hear the smaller ones are only play bikes and underpowered, so 2 or 4)
8) Do you have a dealer close by your home that you might use and what brand(s) does he carry?
--im not sure lol
9) How much do you plan to spend on a bike?
--hopefully around $2500 CAD
10) anything else that you think would help form an opinioni - --ive been looking at bikes like kx100, or crf150f
kindoff wanna hit jumps and stuff
yeah....
thanks alot

KX 100, any of the 125 MX bikes, any of the 250f 4 stroke MX bikes.

If you're growing you may outgrow the KX 100. . .

I'm 5'4" and ride a 125 MX bike.

well would a 230 fourstroke do it? like a crf230f? any other opinions on the kx100?

it will but you'll outgrow it pretty soon. Same with the 100 although I'd love to get ahold of a kx100 for toying around on. Those things are fun!

:O Dad or uncle is going to do the work on the bike, and yet wants you to get a four stroke, he must be crazy :P. 2 stroke would be much easier and cheaper to maintain. For your size I imagine a 125 or 250F MX'er would do what you want.

I'd go w/ you frineds cousin's offer w/ the ktm! KTM's have really strong engines for a 125 so you won't get bored, and its a little bigger so you can grow into it more. And...its only 200 more than the 85 you friend is selling

a kx100 has a 34.3in. seat height. im 5'4'' and im riding a kx125 with RAISED suspension( it was raised before i bought it). youd do fine on any 125 other than the yz due to its monstrous seat height. the ktm125sx has a 36.45in. seat height which is VERY low for a 125. id go for kawasaki or honda 125.
