what to get

my cuz is moved from nyc to rochester and he wants to learn to ride.he is 17 maybe 180lbs 6 ft and i was wondering what would be the best bike to teach him on with out killing him self.

Try a CR230F or a KDX200 or used XR250. All are great beginner bikes.
