What two stroke should I get for mini racing

Hey first time here
I went to my first mini dirt bike race and thaught it was cool. I would like to enter in this stuff but noticed all the other guys had little machines hoped up with over $2000 in parts. I figure an 80cc zinger would be cheap, afordable and able to compete. What type of 80cc zinger bike should I get? or pit bike that is cheap and not Sh#t? I'm sorry, I'm poor.

just look around for a used cr or yz 80 or 85.

If pit bike racing is your interest they do not allow 80/85 cc 2 strokes to compete in any event I've ever seen.

jesterpmr, your XR100 can race in a pitbike class. If i was to buy a mini it would be a YZ85.

That sucks that I would not be able to race a two stroke with them. Do you guys know anyway I can hop up my 82 XR100? Perhaps websites?

You can bore and stroke it out to a 150 and then add a pipe and cam.
