What year Oneal Element boots are these?

Picture is small and blurry, but can you tell what year these Oneal Element boots are? They look like 2006's, but can't be 100% sure...

they aren't 2006's mine are 06's and they dont look like that

i know their not 07's mine are and they look way differnt you should be able to find a tag or something inside the boot that may have a copyright or something if their from **** or something ask the owner
