What's the best oil for stock forks?

Not sure what to use in my forks. I'm putting in new .40kg. Fredette springs. I bought Spectro 10w but I am having concerns that it will make the forks too stiff.

I mix 10 and 5w to get about 7.5w oil. Seems just right!

mobil1 synthetic atf is supposed to be ~ a 7wt. I put it in my rear shock and it works really well

JW@ mx-tech recommends mobil1 atf for at-home oil changes.

Works fine for me.

Mobil 1 ATF, for sure.
