What is the difference between Motocross, and Supercross?

I am curious, and i need it for a BIG powerpoint project i am doing. But i really couldent find information about each of them, or what makes them different?

Motocross is usually alot more wide open and bumpy, natural terrain jumps alot of the time but not always.. Supercross is alot more technical tighter track lots more jumps, rhythem sections, etc.

Motocross. The course is bigger, faster and the jumps are less peaky and more flowing. Tracks are outdoors on natural terrain.

Supercross. Usually held indoors in a stadium. Sometimes outdoors. Track is shorter, speeds are lower. Turns are tighter and jumps are more peaky due to the fact that there is less space in a stadium.
