wheres the best place to ride in san diego

besides the obvious which is ocotillo wells, im looking if anyone knows any trail riding or anything of that nature close to the san diego..any info would be appreciated, thanks

corral canyon looks pretty fun..how much is camping and all that..is there any website for just coral canyon..do they charge for just parking and riding..thanks again

corral canyon is fun, i believe you need a adventure pass, $5.00 a day or get the yearly one,(forgot how much). it has fire rings, picnic tables(on some camps) and a double vault toilet. i have never been bothered by the rangers, they just seem to cruise by not not pay any attention to the camp.

there is also Lark Canyon a few miles up hwy 8 from corral canyon, it was more single track trails and has primative camping, toilets, tables, fire rings.
