which bike

hi im 13 and im around 5'6 or 5'7 im like 130lbs and im looking to buy my first bike! i was looking at a cr 85 expert just to leanr on then move ot 125 but i am planning to race so i want a rac bike i also sat on a crf 250 and could just touch... so what do u guys thnk?

Im gonna guess that its gonna come down to how much dough ($$$) do u have to work with. Many will say get the 4stroke, others will say get the 2stroke. I wouldnt consider the fact that its a race bike as your top priority. Go for something that fits you well and your parents agree with.

which bikes have been domminant in 85 and 125 class's?

yz85 for sure in the 85 class id go with an 05 or 06 crf 250 if u want to win in the 125 class.;)
