So I rebooted and went into safe mode and I get the same damn message... I've tried this like 10 times with the same result everytime... It was working perfectly fine before I set it up at our new house and I've even unplugged the Road Runner router. I'm going to reseat the mem and HDD later but I dont see why that would be an issue if it will get to the loading windows screen and the HDD is brand new (3 months old) so i know its not that...
