Will stock stator run an led headlight?

Hey guys I've been looking at lighting kits, and i know to run a standard halogen bulb I would have to upgrade the stator. My question is, with the new LED light bulbs that draw much less power is a new stator needed?

An RM250 doesn't have a lighting coil, so you'll need to upgrade to a stator that does. Electrex is the best source.
