FMF lists that pipe as fitting 01-07.

It's supposed to, but like a lot of FMF pipes you may have fitment issues. We had an FMF SST pipe that fit perfectly on our 2003 RM125 and there was no way in heck it was going on the 05 RM125 my son bought to replace the 03. I eventually sold the pipe to a guy that put it on an 04 after making some bend alterations in a vice to make it fit.
