I'm pretty faithful at continuing something once I start it. 4 days ago I started running a mile, eating better, and doing 2 or 3 sets of maxing out on pushups. I can probably do a 7 min mile, and 35 is my personal best pushups in a set. Does this sound good? Thanks
Sure. Anything is better than nothing. Once you start you will want to try something differant. Pick a day and just do wind sprint and running backwards. Try some resistance bands for the cold wet days. You can do so many things with them.
Rubber tubes with handels. Inexpensive but are good for toning. Will help ad some muscle. They come in differant lengths, and resistance(lite, moderate, heavy and extra heavy.) So many differant ways to use them.
