The Chrome on my Wiseco piston ring is flaking off on the top edge of the ring on both sides of the exhaust bridge as wide as the exhaust port. The face of the ring is OK, the port edge feels smooth. Is the port shape to flat and trying to catch the ring? Is there samething else that is causing the flaking?
