Peak RPM at 90% throttle position

This weekend we went riding at a spot where was enough space able to wring the neck of the beast fully(WOT) for the first time(for long periods). I noticed that I reach peak RPM at about 90%throttle position. If you turn throttle further bike seems boggy. I am riding at about 3000ft 42 pilot, needle midway and 158 main, snorkel removed(UNI filter) + full FMF. As for the rest she is running great. Any advice?

I don't mean to be picky, but WOT means Wide Open Throttle, which can be achieved even with the engine not running. I think you're trying to say that you reach peak power at 90% throttle opening, right? I think that 90%-100% throttle opening is where main jet size makes the most difference. So you can play with that.

Make sure you air filter is clean and not dripping with oil. If you haven't removed you airbox lid, do so. If this doesn't fix it, its time to re-jet.
