wrf kickstart assembly in yzf??help

hi i had a broken kickstart assembly on my 03 yzf450 i wonderd if an 05 wrf 450 one would fit as i have one and seem similar maybe the same i dont know as the old one is ruined so cant tell if anyone can enlighten me
