XR200 parts compatibility

I need a kickstarter and a rear shcok for my bone stock 2002 XR200R.

I am having a tough time finding parts (used) for this bike-Does anyone know other models or yrs that will fit as well?

Yes. And you can too with a little work. Check out either Service Honda or Bike Bandit's site to check part numbers for various years for a starting point. Then realize the XR200 hasn't changed in decades so you might just luck out and find a 1987 kick start lever or shock.
