xr250 starting problem

i ride a '96 xr250l. It has a problem starting when it's hot. it seem like i kick it 100 times but no results. any advice??

Your valves are probably adjusted too tight. When hot, the clearance disappears and the valves don't close all the way or as long as they should, resulting in hard starting.
