xr80r problems

i have a 2002 honda xr80r. i recently took the bike apart to fully clean it up. i didnt mess with the motor but i put the bike back together and fired it up. blue fire (when idled or revved) is coming out of the motor. i put the pipe on and it got extremely hot. is there anything i can do to fix this? thanks

please to be explaining: You were running it without the exhaust pipe in place? Yeah, you'll probably see wild stuff coming out the exhaust port. When you say it gets hot, are you talking about the headpipe? That happens with all 4-strokes.

well i wasnt running it. i just fired it up with out the pipe yeah. ok, i didnt have the heat guard on but i just wanted to make sure taking the tank off and everything wouldnt mess with the bike. thanks a ton.

thats running it. i would not recomend doing that
