Yamaha 426 Engine Component Life-Limit

My ’01 YZ426 runs great and shows no sign of engine wear after 65 track days:

Cylinder Leakage is 5%

Valve clearance hasn’t changed since new.

No noise or performance problems.

I happy that the top-end doesn’t seem to have any detectable wear, but concerned about unseen metal fatigue that may be occurring. Should I change my valves or connecting rod just to be safe? I hate to waste money...but, not as much as having the engine lock-up while I'm in mid-air.
